Bespoke guiding: design your day
If you have an adventure in mind then I am always happy to tailor experiences. For example, getting to grips with maps on one of my bespoke mountain navigation courses delivered in Scotland.
Maybe you have a particular route or summit you would like to visit or you’re interested in exploring a specific area to experience its nature or geology.
I have a background in teaching and outdoor education and I especially enjoy helping people to develop their confidence and competence in the hills.
If you are looking to improve on any of the following then do get in touch.
- Navigation skills.
- Confidence moving on steep ground and rocky terrain.
- Route finding and walking away from paths.
- Mountain skills such as river crossings and understanding weather.
- Wild camping (all equipment and food can be provided).
- Geology, nature and wildlife I.D.
Any of the day journeys can also be booked privately and there is always scope to adapt these to suit individual needs.
