Intro to Trail & Mountain Running

Guided trail running in Scotland. This course is suitable for those with some experience running on roads. You might be relatively comfortable on home trails, or have done some hill walking. The experience is designed to help you become more confident running independently on trails / mountains. You will also gain an understanding of how to train for these activities.


Trail & Mountain Running Development

This course is suitable for those who are quite happy undertaking runs on trails and may have completed a few mountain events. It is designed for anyone who would like the confidence to explore the mountains independently. You will also build skills on more technical terrain. As well as advance your training techniques and strategies.
