Prioritise your well-being

We are always striving to make these journeys as accessible as possible, here are some of the things we hope will enable you to join us for an adventure to remember:

  • No price increases – we know that money is tight just now, so we have taken the decision to freeze 2022 prices to keep the cost for you as low as possible. You can also choose to pay in instalments, just get in touch with Anna directly to arrange this.
  • Open to all – well-being is vital for everyone. Previously these trips have been women only but for 2023 we are opening them out to all regardless of gender. However, we do recognise that for some women a female only space enables participation and so select dates accommodate this.
  • All camp equipment provided – getting in to wild camping can be expensive in terms of investing in equipment, especially if you are not sure what to buy or how much you will use it in the future. We provide everything you need for camping as well as a backpack to carry it all in.
  • Fully catered – Another challenge of spending a longer time out in the mountains is knowing what food works in this environment. How much should you take? What can survive 3 days in a backpack? How do you cook it? All our journeys are fully catered removing this worry and ensuring you have delicious and nutritious fuel suitable for adventure.

The food is provided by local caterer Stronaba Produce using home grown ingredients and a specially designed menu fit for our needs. All dietary requirements can be accommodated. Your caffein fix comes courtesy of Glen Lyon Coffee and a range of other hot drinks are also provided.

  • A range of routes – two styles of route enable you to choose the sort of adventure that best suits your style and physical ability. Earth routes are lower level and slower paced whereas Sky routes are more physically demanding and involve more time moving through the landscape rather than spending time in it. You can see all the details for these on the website. We always make sure that people don’t do the same route twice, if you are a returning client be rest assured you will be exploring new ground.

If you are unsure whether the journeys suit your needs, then please get in touch and we will be happy to help you find the best experience for you.

  • Travel via public transport – access to a car shouldn’t be a barrier to spending time in the hills. We offer collection from Fort William or Aviemore both of which can be reached by bus and train.

We hope all of this will enable you to join us. If you have any questions at all then always feel free to get in touch.

We look forward to seeing you in 2023

Anna and Shona

Possibly one of the best weekends I’ve had in the outdoors! Although I have wild camped and hiked in the area before, joining Anna, Shona made for an amazing adventure that I will remember forever.

Our guides’ knowledge, respect and passion for the landscape was infectious.

The equipment provided was top notch and the food delicious. I learned so much over these 3 days, about the mountains and myself and feel so refreshed by the challenge and empowered to get out more.
